Our screens are manufactured with our “Slow-Close” Speed Reducer. This hydraulically controlled device slows the screen return into the housing, assuring frail or small hands are not caught in the screen as it closes. It provides for a smooth retraction that prevents tearing of the material and abrasion of parts. Our Retractable Screen Systems offers a proven “Slow-Close” speed reduction system that works every time. Others have tried to imitate it, but none have matched the superior quality and innovative design.
In addition, Heat/U.V. Resistant Nylon Components with Teflon, combined with greater strength and durability, our components resist the test of time and provide a smoother door operation. With the Highest Quality Powder Coating our screens offer a Powder Coated finish that is formulated to exceed the toughest paint standards in the industry for UV and salt spray resistance. Ergonomically designed die-cast aluminum handles are easy to use and adjustable to your height preference. Lastly, with the addition of another pile location on the side of the housing, we can now seal off most irregular openings with a weather-stripping pile rather than messy caulk.
